- Operate loader equipment safely and efficiently to support production needs
- Load, move, and stockpile materials according to operational requirements
- Perform basic equipment inspections and communicate maintenance needs
- Follow all site safety policies, procedures, and best practices
- Support general plant operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and responsibly
- Strong situational awareness in fast‑paced industrial settings
- Commitment to safety, teamwork, and reliable work habits
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and production demands
- Capability to complete physical tasks consistent with the role
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
