Nestled among stunning mountains and located in the very heart of Whistler Village, our hotel blends unbeatable convenience with the beauty of the outdoors!We’re currently looking for a full-time Reservations Agent to join our amazing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in reservations, sales, or front desk operations - especially if you know Whistler inside and out and love sharing that local knowledge.What You’ll Be Doing:
As a Reservations Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for many of our guests. Your role is key in providing outstanding service, responding to inquiries by phone, email, and online, and ensuring each guest finds the perfect room for their stay. You'll also be responsible for:Guiding guests through the reservation process with warmth and professionalism.Promoting and upselling packages and services to enhance the guest experience and support revenue goals.Sharing important guest information with the Front Desk and Housekeeping teams to ensure personalized service.Collaborating with the Revenue Manager, Sales & Marketing Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, and Front Desk Team.Support the Crystal Lodge’s environmental commitments, including responsible waste separation, water and energy conservations and participation in green initiatives.What We’re Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience in a hotel reservations or front desk role, preferably in a medium-sized property.A strong background in customer service; sales experience is a bonus!A positive, team-oriented attitude and a genuine desire to create exceptional guest experiences.Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—as well as solid computer and organizational abilities.The ability to multitask, stay organized under pressure, and meet deadlines.Local knowledge of Whistler’s amenities and activities - you’re the expert our guests will rely on!Why Work With Us?
