- Provide comprehensive application support, including training staff and resolving technical issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis for incidents and problems to reduce system downtime.
- Collaborate with application development teams to address critical and high-priority issues.
- Engage with vendors to resolve system-related concerns as necessary.
- Troubleshoot application-related issues using queries, logs, and other technical tools.
- Manage content and user access for collaboration tools such as SharePoint and Teams.
- Develop automated workflows using Power Automate to streamline processes across applications.
- Document and maintain knowledge base articles, including troubleshooting guides and best practices.
- Gather and analyze system requirements while validating functionality and data integrity of new systems.
- Assist in quality assurance activities, including testing scenarios and change request preparation.
- Proven experience with Cisco, Citrix, and Cloud technologies.
- Strong knowledge of Dell and Firewall technologies.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting technical issues and providing customer support.
- Familiarity with computer hardware and software systems.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Experience with QA management and quality assurance processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and vendors.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and support decision-making.
