Location: Burnaby, British ColumbiaWhat you will be doing:Manage purchase requisitions and convert them into purchase ordersCoordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and servicesSupport supplier negotiations and cost savings initiativesEnsure purchasing activities align with existing supplier contracts and agreementsMonitor supplier performance and address delivery or quality issuesWork with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and timelinesMaintain accurate purchasing documentation within procurement systemsSupport procurement initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and cost controlParticipate in supplier meetings or supplier site visits when requiredIdentify opportunities for cost savings and process improvementsWhat you must have:Approximately 2–6 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain rolesExperience working with purchase orders and supplier coordinationStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to manage supplier relationships and resolve operational issuesComfortable working with procurement systems or ERP platformsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsSalary/Rate Range: $71,000.00 – $96,000.00Thank you for your interest in this opportunity.
