- Develop and maintain project schedules using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to track timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Prepare and monitor cost estimates and budgets, tracking expenditures and identifying cost-saving opportunities
- Identify project risks and support mitigation planning while proactively addressing issues impacting schedule or cost
- Create and deliver regular project reports, dashboards, and updates for stakeholders
- Coordinate resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to ensure efficient project execution
- Manage change orders and scope updates while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overall project performance

- 3-5 years of experience in project controls, project management, or a related field, with exposure to complex projects considered an asset
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Proficient in project management tools such as Primavera P6, MS Project, and Excel, with Power BI considered an asset
- Solid understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, and cost control principles
- Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
