- Own the social channel strategy across the portfolio. Define each platform’s role, content mix, cadence, and KPIs to ensure clear purpose, consistency, and measurable impact.
- Lead the execution of Wonderbrands’ organic social presence across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
- Translate brand priorities into clear briefs, content roadmaps, and publishing calendars ensuring disciplined, high-quality execution across internal teams and agency partners.
- Own the social and creator content calendar, aligning brand, agency, and internal inputs to maintain consistency, cultural relevance, and momentum.
- Stay ahead of platform trends, formats, and algorithm shifts and proactively bringing forward ideas that keep our brands modern and competitive.
- Drive ideation sessions with cross-functional partners to generate timely, platform-native concepts tied to key brand, seasonal, and retail moments.
- Remain hands-on when required, helping to concept, edit, refine, or publish content to capitalize on real-time opportunities.
- Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media, and Sales to ensure social plays a central role in major brand moments – from campaigns and partnerships to retail programs and product launches.
- Continuously raise the bar on quality, speed, and distinctiveness ensuring everything we publish strengthens brand equity and drives measurable impact.
- Partner with paid Media Agency to develop and deliver social assets optimized for paid amplification.
- Ensure organic and paid social work in sync while delivering against distinct objectives.
- Lead the strategy and execution of Wonderbrands’ influencer and creator programs across seeding, partnerships, whitelisting and affiliates.
- Identify and approve creator partners and content to ensure strong brand fit, platform relevance, and campaign alignment.
- Build scalable creator frameworks that support brand launches, seasonal moments, and retail priorities.
- Help build internal creator and influencer capabilities over time, identifying opportunities to bring select programs in-house to increase speed, efficiency, and brand ownership.
- Manage creator agency partners, providing clear briefs, creative direction, timelines, and performance expectations.
- Hold agency partners accountable to performance, ensuring programs are insight-led, measurable, and optimized.
- Track creator program performance and apply learnings to improve partnerships, content formats, and overall impact.
- Manage the creator budget, ensuring disciplined spend and clear ROI tied to brand and business goals.
- Develop a clear social and creator performance framework with defined KPIs, benchmarks, and success metrics for 2026.
- Track and analyze performance across social platforms and creator partnerships, using insights to continuously refine content, formats, and partnerships.
- Surface community feedback, audience behavior, and emerging trends to inform future content and brand storytelling.
- Monitor competitors, cultural moments, and platform shifts to ensure Wonderbrands shows up in ways that feel timely and relevant.
- Partner with the media agency to track performance and apply ongoing optimizations.
- Lead performance reporting and turn insights into actions that strengthen our social and creator strategy over time.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of Wonderbrands’ social communities, ensuring timely,
- Manage the scheduling and publishing of social content, ensuring accuracy, quality control,and on-time delivery across platforms.
- Monitor community sentiment and surface insights, trends, and potential issues to Brand.
- Manage agency partners responsible for community management on specific brands, setting clear expectations for tone, responsiveness, and reporting.
- Identify opportunities to deepen engagement through giveaways, surprise-and-delight moments, partnerships and community-driven activations.
- 6–8+ years of experience in social media and creator marketing for consumer brands.
- Proven ability to develop social strategies and execute them across platforms.
- Strong understanding of social platforms and performance, especially TikTok and Instagram.
- Experience managing creator and influencer programs, including agency partnerships.
- Experience managing or guiding junior team members and external partners
- Comfortable appearing on camera and contributing to social content when needed.
- Familiarity with basic content creation tools and knowing when to self-produce vs. partner with creative teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines.
- Data-minded, using insights and performance to improve content and programs.
