- Perform daily and weekly analysis of our ad performance, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display.
- Analyze search term-, keyword-, campaign-, and ASIN-level data to identify optimization opportunities related to bids, budgets, and targeting.
- Monitor and report on ACOS, TACoS, ROAS, CPC, CVR, and impression share, surfacing drivers of performance changes.
- Evaluate the incremental impact of Amazon advertising on total sales, profitability, and organic rankings.
- Conduct detailed SKU level analysis across advertising, traffic, conversion, pricing, inventory, and Buy Box performance.
- Identify and flag risks related to stock-outs, suppressed listings, or conversion issues impacting ad performance.
- Support product launches, promotions, and catalog changes with pre- and post-performance analysis.
- Build, maintain, and improve Amazon-first dashboards used by marketing and marketplace teams.
- Create recurring reports (daily, weekly, monthly) focused on actionable insights rather than static reporting.
- Ensure metric consistency between Amazon Ads, Seller/Vendor Central, and internal finance data.
- Write and maintain SQL queries to extract and transform our ad performance.
- Validate data accuracy and proactively troubleshoot discrepancies.
- Partner with data engineering to improve data pipelines and tracking where needed.
- Act as the embedded analytics partner for Amazon and marketplace teams.
- Provide clear, timely insights that directly inform daily optimization decisions.
- Share best practices, templates, and repeatable analyses with the broader analytics and marketing team
- 5–8+ years of experience in marketing or marketplace analytics with a strong focus on PPC.
- Deep hands-on experience analyzing Amazon, Walmart and/or Google advertising performance.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with granular ASIN-, keyword-, and search term–level datasets.
- Proficiency in BI and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Ability to communicate complex insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central environments.
- Strong understanding of Ecommerce retail metrics (ACOS, TACoS, Buy Box, organic rank, share of voice).
- Experience supporting large catalogs and high SKU/ASIN counts.
- Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart or Google attribution and brand analytics tools

The expected salary range for this role is between $90,000 and $100,000, depending on various factors including experience, skills, training and certifications, market demands, and organizational needs.
