
Commercial Project Coordinator/ Assistant Project Manager – Construction

- Support the day-to-day operations of a large mixed-use construction projects
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors on outstanding scopes and design issues
- Manage and track RFIs, submittals, drawings, and specification reviews
- Conduct site walkthroughs to assist with progress tracking and quality assurance
- Assist in resolving construction issues through collaboration with field and office teams
- Help document and support project turnover and closeout processes
- 2-3+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator or APM role within commercial or mixed-use construction
- Proven ability to support mid-project takeovers or complex project coordination
- Experience with drawing reviews, consultant coordination, and document management
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Familiarity with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Competitive salary: $75,000 - $100,000
