- Greet and Assist customers in person in a professional manner
- Operate POS machine, open and close daily payment batches
- Update stock on customer accounts
- Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation
- Carry out water jugs and bags of water softener salt to customers when required
- Transportation and organization of product in the warehouse
- Loading and unloading trucks with forklift
- Re-stocking inventory
- Inspect, clean and test retuned water coolers
- maintaining warehouse (sweep, take out garbage, pressure wash floor, etc)
- Other duties as required
- Communicate with coworkers via phone, text, microsoft teams and email
- Forklift experience is an asset – (Training will be provided)
- Production experience is an asset
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
- Outgoing, friendly, and a desire to help people
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate computer knowledge
