
Lead, Member Experience Readiness (7-month contract)

- Design and deliver effective member and employee readiness plans to enable positive member experiences and/or adoption of new products/services
- Support line of business stakeholders, including executives, to confidently deliver change for their areas and Members. This will include the support of readiness assessments to understand needs, gaps and activities required to support adoption
- Leverage strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills, as well as adhere to team change management standards and practices
- Work with internal stakeholders to prepare Members and employees for changes to products and services, including External Communication for message creation, Marketing for Member awareness and contact, ITS for Member/User Experience
- Design sustainment plans to ensure adoption results are maintained after implementation
- Experience in change management and project delivery
- Familiarity with digital transformation projects, particularly website rebrands and/or customer-facing technology changes.
- Experience working on cross functional projects with diverse stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to design and execute readiness assessments, communication plans, and sustainment activities to drive adoption.
- Experience in banking or financial services is an asset
