Salary: $20 an hourResponsibilities- Answering all inbound phone calls and responding to emails
- Greet and assist clients
- Processing of vendor invoices
- Performing all relevant data entry and highlighting errors that may occur and providing a solution to them
- Ensuring all the filing is done and kept up to date
- Ensuring the office is clean and presentable to clients
- Provide office support for management and staff as required
- Ad-hoc admin duties as requiredQualifications- A minimum of 5 years of Canadian experience in this area is required
- A high school diploma is essential
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and general computer equipment
- Strong written verbal and communication skills
- Self-driven and works well both independently and in a team
