- Lead requirements gathering efforts and conduct Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions, focus groups and personal interviews to capture business and technical requirements.
- Capture, define, document, and maintain clear and accurate detailed process diagrams and documentation including business requirements, and use case documentation.
- Ability to lead the application of agile methods of eliciting and documenting User stories and facilitate the process of business prioritization and User story selection for agile timeboxes and sprints.
- Manage feature delivery with scrum boards and facilitate development scrum meetings.
- Effectively elicit and document concise business driven requirements with Business Process Management (BPM) workflow specifications.
- Manage established requirements and testing signoff procedures throughout the project lifecycle and report on and track project testing milestones/deliverables.
- Manage project requirements development and execution from beginning to end, while monitoring the dependencies on the critical path with Project Managers.
- Proactively manage issue logs including changes in requirements while identifying potential crises, and devise contingency plans with Project Managers.
- 5-7 years working as a project management Business Analyst on a variety of technologies preferably in a professional services environment.
- Business Analysis certificate training.
- Strong stakeholder/relationship management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
- Ability to deliver exceptional client service.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Project or any PPM tool.
