Possess a master's degree in a related field;
Experience in classroom teaching and learning practices with Indigenous adult learners;
Strong connections and roots within Indigenous communities; and
Excellent teaching and human relations skills – faculty members are expected to contribute positively to the life of the school and community.
Knowledge of Indigenous cultures.
