We are currently expanding and are looking for a motivated Production Supervisor to lead our production teams.Job SummaryReporting to the Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of manufacturing operations, supervising employees, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards.Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of production employees.
Plan and coordinate daily activities to achieve production targets.
Ensure compliance with HACCP, SQF, and food safety regulations.
Ensure compliance with OHS standards and good manufacturing practices (GMP).
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement corrective actions.
Participate in continuous process improvement.
Work closely with the quality, maintenance, and logistics departments.
Train and evaluate staff.
Day shift (6 a.m. to 6 p.m.) Monday to Saturday, alternating between a short 36-hour week and a long 48-hour week.
