As the Manager of Sales Effectiveness, you will act as the liaison to our marketing and product teams and will help to drive process improvement within our team's internal processes. You will be responsible for overseeing the performance and success of key sales enablement programs and will support client facing deliverables.Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish togetherThis is a unique opportunity offering diverse exposure and experience across the sales, marketing and product teams. Simply put, if you’re creative, ambitious and looking for a challenge, this is the place to be.What you will doServe as a key point of contact within the sales channel for gathering feedback, customer, product and market insightsDevelopment of client facing presentations to support RFPs, finalist meetings, discovery meetings and quarterly business reviewsDevelopment of internal team presentations to our senior leadership, including the TELUS executive leadership team.Communicating upcoming Marketing programs, offers, market intelligence and product launch informationCollaborating with Account Managers and Sales Executives to understand business needs and interlock back into the Marketing teamSupport sales with policy and process questions related to campaigns or product launchesMaintain a strong understanding of the current market climate, offers and in market programsMonitor and report on campaign performance metrics with a view of driving improvements to enhance the success rates and meet targets.Interlock with various TELUS partners and vendors, assist with the coordination of partner sales and customer eventsSupport in the development of regular internal team communications including newsletters, bulletins and recognition programsWhat you bringCreative design: Ability to create and design visually appealing external and internal sales presentations within our TELUS Health brandCommunication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholdersProblem-solving: Strong problem-solving skills to identify and address market challenges and opportunitiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster good working relationships at multiple organizational levelsExtensive knowledge of B2B Marketing best practices and trendsProject Management: Strong project management skills to help deliver results in a complex and ambiguous environmentGrit: Confidence to adapt to and manage changing (and occasionally conflicting) priorities and naturally curious and determined to work around obstaclesRequired KnowledgeStrong creativity and innovative design skillsAbility to create and design visually appealing presentations in PowerPoint or Google SlidesFive or more years of experience (academic and professional) with design software, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver would be an assetExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong project management skills with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to tight deadlines in a high paced and dynamic environmentRequired ExperiencePost-secondary degree in marketing, design, or business.5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and/or salesBilingual French & English a strong asset.Where permitted by law, company employees must be fully immunized to access a TELUS Health office or customer premises.Persons with disabilities who need accommodation in the application process or those needing job postings in an alternative format may e-mail a request to .By applying to this role, you understand and agree that your information will be shared with the TELUS Group of Companies’ Talent Acquisition team(s) and/or any leader(s) who will be part of the selection process.
