In your role as a HRIS Coordinator (internally known as People Team System Administrator) at The North West Company (NWC), you will work in the HR Solutions & Compensation team to support various programs, processes and tools required for accurate Payroll, time, attendance compensation processing. Check out northwest.ca for more information.Your Role:Execute Position and Organizational design programming changes, and additions, as required in HRIS and KronosMonitor and resolve the Kronos Transaction Assistant audit log; escalate to Manager and/or Payroll when assistance requiredExecute test cases before solutions are implemented for Manager Approval (QA)Document procedures if required for business and/or Manager Approval. * Prepare imports and performs changes in HRIS systems and tools; verify changes are executed correctly
  • Administer password and system access resets
Conduct audits and correct HRIS systems and tools; work with Compensation & Benefits leads on any systemic training/procedural issues.Desired Skills & Experience:Minimum 1-2 years application support and /or administration experience is requiredGraduate of a Business Administration is an assetAdvanced Microsoft Office skills within focus on Excel requiredStrong organizational, planning and prioritizing skillsDetail oriented while maintaining a high degree of accuracyStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong problem solving and decision making skillsDemonstrates a proficient capability of critical and objectively thinkingReports to: Manager, HR Solutions & Compensation
