Bachelor's degree (Master's degree/MBA an asset) Professional designations such as FRM, CRM, CRISC, CPA, or CISA are considered an asset. 5+ years of progressive experience in risk management, operational risk, technology risk, or related role Strong understanding of risk management principles, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in conducting risk assessments and control testing Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret data to provide risk insights (experience with tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL or Python is an asset) Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills across multiple lines of defense Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to simplify complex risks for varied audiences Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Analytical mind with the ability to break complex problems into manageable bodies of work Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills with ability to independently solve problems Professional Risk Manager (PRM) or related certification is an asset A resume only goes so far in expressing who you are and the unique perspectives you bring.
