  • Monday, 9am-5pm
  • Wednesday, 9am-5pm
  • Friday, 9am-2pm
Recruitment & Onboarding
  • Post job openings and coordinate recruitment activities
  • Screen resumes and schedule interviews
  • Conduct reference checks
  • Prepare offer letters and employment documentation
  • Facilitate new hire onboarding and orientation
  • Ensure completion of new hire paperwork
Employee Records & HR Administration
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee files
  • Update HRIS systems with employee data changes
  • Track probationary periods, performance review timelines, and contract renewals
  • Prepare employment verification letters and other HR documentation
Payroll & Benefits Support
  • Assist with payroll data collection and submission
  • Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee benefit inquiries
  • Liaise with benefit providers as needed
Employee Relations
  • Serve as a first point of contact for employee questions regarding policies and procedures
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR programs
  • Assist with performance management processes
  • Help coordinate training and development activities
Compliance & Policy Administration
  • Ensure compliance with employment standards and workplace regulations
  • Support policy updates and distribution
  • Assist with health and safety documentation and reporting
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information
Job Requirement:Education
  • Diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • CHRP designation (or working toward) is considered an asset
Experience
  • 1+ years of HR or administrative experience (preferred)
  • Experience with HRIS and payroll systems (asset)
Skills
  • Knowledge of employment legislation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and networking skills
  • Excellent organization, multitasking, and attention to detail
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently or within a collaborative team
  • Ability to learn and use systems and processes effectively
