The role involves working on PowerBI, Excel, SQL, and automation projects to support data-driven decision-making.Pay rate range (CAD): $32.61/hr - $39.13/hrResponsibilities

Analyze complex data sets to derive meaningful insights for the organization
Develop, design, and maintain PowerBI dashboards and reports that align with business needs
Support automation initiatives using Excel, PowerBI, Python, and SQL to improve data workflows
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions
Assist in building applications and tools that enhance data transparency and efficiency
Provide ongoing advice and expertise on data visualization best practices
Participate in project meetings and status updates, approximately 1 hour per week
Ensure compliance with organizational data security and privacy policies

Desired Skill-Set

2+ years of experience working with PowerBI, including dashboard creation
Proficiency in advanced Excel functionalities, with at least 4 years of experience
Hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction and manipulation
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets
Familiarity with automation projects in a corporate environment
Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet project deadlines

Nice to Have

Experience in the banking or financial services industry
Knowledge of Python for data automation and analysis
Experience working in a large organization with structured processes
Familiarity with data security standards within financial institutions
