On larger projects, you will manage junior staff and be accountable for their actions and performance. On occasion, client presentations will be required in addition to assisting the leadership group in promoting the firm.Responsibilities & QualificationsResponsibilities:Deliver presentations in promotion of the firmChair and lead project meetingsLead projects as assigned by the Team LeaderConduct design reviews of MEP DocumentsPrepare commissioning plansPrepare commissioning specificationsPrepare commissioning network diagramsConduct reviews of MEP submittalsPrepare pre-functional checklistsPerform functional performance testingManage the commissioning process on behalf of the clientManage project cost and seek additional funds if scope of work increasesDevelop systems manualsReview O&M documents and various reportsMentor junior staffAttributes & Skill Set:5 or more years experience in CommissioningExcellent computer skills and project management skillsEngineering Degree or DiplomaLEED AP desirableBCA, ASHRAE, NEBB or AABC Certification desirableBuilding design experience in, building controls, M&E systems an advantage. As part of that commitment, we have provided the base compensation range of $95,000 - $110,000 annually for this position and local market.
