Site Management: Perform physical and digital site audits, ensuring all equipment is functional and positioned correctly.
Operational Support: Assist with onboarding, software training, and troubleshooting client issues.
Internal Collaboration: Work with account executives, IT, and operations teams to optimize service and identify business opportunities.Account Coordinator Qualifications:Post-secondary education in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Experience in account management, customer service, or sales in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to travel frequently for local site visits.(Valid Drivers License and Vehicle required)Employment Details:Location: Hybrid - office, field (client sites), and local daytime travel-based work. Candidate must be based in Calgary.
