- Manage staffing, performance, goal alignment, and career planning to ensure motivated resources.
- Collaborate with support departments for maximum profitability and efficiency.
- Oversee day-to-day branch operations, including sales and production teams.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- Deliver exemplary customer experience and maintain professionalism.
- Manage data entry, reporting, and continuous improvement.
- Oversee quality control procedures and communication with other branches.
- Manage branch inventory and conduct monthly counts.
- High business acumen focusing on process/systems, speed, cost, and quality.
- Bilingual French and English is a must.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with sound judgment.
- Strategy and execution skills, operating at strategic, tactical, and operational levels.
- Influencing and negotiating skills, ability to motivate high-performance teams.
- Interpersonal skills, including quick rapport establishment.
