Back Shop Attendant

- This is a very physical role. A backshop shift will require the person to walk at least 15,000 steps on any given shift
- Check the ball machine to make sure it is as full as possible for the range
- Drive and manage robotic picker on the range
- Set up time cards and bring up carts to fill the staging area
- Bring up range baskets 30 minutes before the first time
- Ensure all member bags are set up on carts and are ready for play
- Make sure that the locker room is tidy, fully stocked with towels and ready for the day
- Continuously bring carts to the staging area. As they come in from the course wash, dry and bring them back to the staging area
- Continuously check and ensure that there are enough range balls for members and guests
- Assist in setting up weddings, small groups, and tournaments
- Ensure all carts are adequately cleaned and parked correctly
- Assist in tearing down tournaments and weddings
- Remove all baskets from the ball machine at 7pm, 4pm on Sundays
- Check with Pro Shop to see if the reader board needs to be updated
- Change all clubhouse garbages (10th tee, front of clubhouse, back patio), along with all back shop garbages
- Print the tee sheet for the following day and set up any member bags who are playing
- Ensure the ball machine has been adequately filled by the end of the night
- Collect all empty range baskets from the range and bring them to the backshop
- Collect all range balls and baskets on the chipping green
- Check the locker rooms for used towels and do laundry, ensure locker rooms are fully stocked
- Do a final count of the carts at the end of the night
- Ensure all member's clubs have been cleaned and put away
