- Works with technicians to identify required maintenance and repairs.
- Prepare repair orders, enter them into the database system and close the orders by providing appropriate repairs and services.
- Provides service recommendation to customers including estimating costs.
- Ensures customer satisfaction meets company and manufacturers standards.
- Strive to meet the department's repair order production standards.
- Other service related duties as required.
- Minimum 1-3 years of automotive experience in an automotive dealership setting preferred.
- Must have great customer service skills and an outgoing/positive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Must have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Strong computer skills are required. Automotive knowledge is an asset.
- ADP dealer software and CDK experience is a definite asset.
