
Senior Product Manager, Credit Cards

- Product Vision: Create and maintain strategic product roadmaps for credit cards
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to assess and deliver products and solutions that meet market needs and business goals
- Product Financials: Define and monitor product metrics
- Industry Trends: Monitor latest industry trends and competitor offerings to keep our credit cards product suite relevant and competitive
- Work with Product Owners to ensure vision is well captured in user stories
- Interfaces with other parts of Fairstone to make sure product and features are ready for launch (training, communications, legal, compliance, risk, analytics, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience as a financial services product manager with 3-5 years experience (and/or considerable industry expertise)
- University or college degree in business or technology
- Highly customer-focused
- Critical thinking skills
- Excellent at managing conflicting priorities
- Ability to lead through influence
- Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
- Bilingualism (French and English), an asset
