Rheumatologist - Full-TimeLocation: Langley & Surrey, British ColumbiaOverviewOur client is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Rheumatologist to join their growing primary care team at modern clinic locations in Langley and Surrey, BC. These well-established clinics are deeply rooted in their communities and offer a supportive, collaborative environment designed to help physicians deliver exceptional, patient-centred care.About the OpportunityThis is an excellent opportunity for a Rheumatologist to build a thriving practice within a high-demand setting. You will provide comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients with rheumatic and musculoskeletal diseases, supported by strong referral networks and interdisciplinary collaboration.
The clinics are fully equipped with advanced EMR systems, experienced support staff, and interdisciplinary teamsthat promote efficient workflow and high-quality care.Key Responsibilities
  • Assess, diagnose, and manage patients with inflammatory and non-inflammatory rheumatic conditions
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including pharmacologic and non-pharmacologic therapies
  • Collaborate closely with primary care physicians and other specialists to ensure coordinated patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation using EMR systems
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a collaborative clinical environment
Qualifications
  • Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada certification or American Board Certification in Rheumatology
  • Full licensure with, or eligibility for licensure through, the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia (CPSBC)
Compensation & Incentives
  • 80/20 split model
  • Enhanced split incentive: Once billings exceed $20,000 every two weeks, physicians receive 83% on any portion above $20,000
  • $5,000 signing bonus for a 2-year contract
