
Senior Cloud Automation Strategy Lead

- Develop and execute cloud automation strategies aligned with business goals
- Actively contribute to the design and implementation of IaC solutions
- Lead and participate in the development of automation scripts and tools
- Collaborate with our onboarding team to enforce service automation across new cloud services
- Manage automation artifacts and promote inner sourcing practices
- Provide hands-on technical leadership in automation initiatives
- Develop and deliver training programs on cloud automation and DevOps practices
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years of combined experience in software development, cloud technologies, and/or automation
- Proven track record of contributing to or leading projects involving infrastructure automation, CI/CD pipelines, or cloud-native application development
- Relevant certifications (AWS, Terraform, etc.)
- Experience in mentoring and training technical teams
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Proficiency in IaC tools (e.g., Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible)
- Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Python, or Go
- Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Expertise in cloud platform(s)
