Work arrangement: (Hybrid) 2 days –Flexible.

Business group: Regulatory Data Governance (Details about what they do within the bank)
–Leads the development and ongoing maintenance of the Bank’s Data Management Training Program.
–Supports the execution and communication of the Data Risk Management Standard across business domains.
–Contributes to the development, communication, and implementation of the Data Management Playbook.
–Partners with stakeholders and Chief Data Office teams to drive consistent adoption of data management and governance practices.
–Acts as a data governance subject matter expert, providing guidance and enablement across the organization.Project/initiatives details:
–Develops and maintains enterprise data management training content aligned to approved standards and playbooks.
–Partners with Global Learning to support content production, QA, and deployment.
–Ensures ongoing accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training through updates and performance measurement.Candidate Value Proposition:
Typical Day in Role:
–Review data management standards, playbooks, and related materials.
–Attend meetings, one on ones, and working sessions.
–Develop and update data management training content, coordinating with Global Learning for production.
–Perform QA, maintain training materials, and track completion and feedback.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
–8+ years of experience
–Training design and development experience
–Data Management and Data Governance experience
–Project management skills to handle diverse projects, often simultaneously, and meet aggressive deadlines.Nice-To-Have Skills:
–Spanish language
–MS PowerPoint, Excel, Word proficiency
–Ability to exercise good judgement in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.Soft Skills Required:
