Shift: Monday-Friday- 8h a day
Safety Sensitive: Yes- drug & alcohol testing, physical demand fit testing, RCMP criminal record check and submission of 5-year provincial driving record will be required
Travel: up to 25% trave; within Canada and the USA

- Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet regional customer needs while minimizing redundancy
- Oversee shipping, receiving, material movement, and overall warehouse operations
- Lead inventory accuracy efforts, including cycle counts and full physical counts
- Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service to internal and external customers
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety
- Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment
- Journeyperson Parts Technician or equivalent warehouse/logistics experience
- 5+ years leading multi-level teams in warehouse or distribution environments
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and budgeting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is an asset
- Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
