  • Maintain accurate inventory levels to meet regional customer needs while minimizing redundancy
  • Oversee shipping, receiving, material movement, and overall warehouse operations
  • Lead inventory accuracy efforts, including cycle counts and full physical counts
  • Ensure on-time delivery and high-quality service to internal and external customers
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and safety
  • Promote and maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Journeyperson Parts Technician or equivalent warehouse/logistics experience
  • 5+ years leading multi-level teams in warehouse or distribution environments
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory control, and budgeting
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook; SAP experience is an asset
  • Experience operating powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks)
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills
