- Answer inbound calls and create detailed work orders
- Prioritize calls based on urgency and assign technicians accordingly
- Communicate clearly and accurately with field staff to ensure smooth execution
- Debrief with technicians post-service and flag follow-ups as needed
- Provide updates and recommendations to customers regarding ongoing service
- Keep customer records up-to-date in our system
- Issue accurate job reports and invoices
- Follow up on AR
- Work closely with the accounting team for the financial month end
- Minimum 1-3 year of plumbing or drainage dispatch experience
- Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
- Organized and calm under pressure, especially during emergencies
- Team player who takes ownership and follows through
