DescriptionOur client in the plumbing and service industry are looking to hire a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher with plumbing or service industry experience to join their growing team.This is a full-time, in-office role responsible for managing both emergency and scheduled service calls, coordinating technicians, and supporting day-to-day operations.Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls and create detailed work orders
  • Prioritize calls based on urgency and assign technicians accordingly
  • Communicate clearly and accurately with field staff to ensure smooth execution
  • Debrief with technicians post-service and flag follow-ups as needed
  • Provide updates and recommendations to customers regarding ongoing service
  • Keep customer records up-to-date in our system
  • Issue accurate job reports and invoices
  • Follow up on AR
  • Work closely with the accounting team for the financial month end
Must have:
  • Minimum 1-3 year of plumbing or drainage dispatch experience
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills
  • Organized and calm under pressure, especially during emergencies
  • Team player who takes ownership and follows through
