Job Description:
  • Create hose work orders from HAB / order requests
  • Auditing / fixing hose service definitions
  • Sourcing and ordering parts required for hose builds
  • Inventory auditing and control for the hose room
  • Provide backup hose assembly support when required
  • Process cash sale credits for customer orders if / when required
  • General house keeping and other parts related duties as required
Qualifications:
  • Journeyperson Parts Certification
  • Previous customer service and parts ordering experience
  • Team orientated with excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Caterpillar parts product knowledge and computer literacy
  • Experience working with Lawson, SIS/HIS will be considered assets
  • Previous work experience assembling hydraulic hoses will be considered an asset
Note:
  • This is a Monday to Friday role based out of our D50 location in Edmonton
  • Candidate selection will be in compliance with the terms of the current collective agreement
