
Application Support Analyst - Wealth Management

- Assist in defining and documenting application-specific requirements by translating business needs into technical language and functional expectations. Provide input to system architects and technology leads for solution design decisions.
- Support data mapping analysis and interface design for in-house and vendor system integrations
- Participate in system functional, integration and regression testing. Assist in developing test cases and validating defect fixes in coordination with QA and technical teams.
- Support production release coordination and post-deployment validations in production.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Economics or Mathematics or equivalent working experience
- 3-5 years of experience in IT support, operations or solutions delivery.
- Technology vendor management is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of Wealth Management operations.
- Strong stakeholder management, interpersonal and diplomatic skills required to communicate with senior management across the organization
- Familiarity with basic SQL, APIs, batch processes and IS ticketing systems and processes.
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
