- Conduct a regular site call program to provide dealers with information and education on Servus’ products and services to develop increased application volume
- Regularly attend referral network meetings – showcase yourself and Servus as an excellent partner for their purchasers
- Prepare, complete, and submit mortgage applications through Credit Path and/or Filogix, as required
- Facilitate the transition of a mortgage approval through to funding
- Identify and prioritize suitable prospects to effectively develop and implement a value-added Business Development Strategy to acquire new referral relationships
- A network of connections with referral sources (ex. Realtors, Builders)
- 5 years of proven experience with prospecting, sales, negotiation, and relationship development
- Strong mortgage lending and underwriting experience
- Professional experience in business development with previous sales experience required
