Job Description :The Marketing Manager is responsible for leading the overall marketing strategy for a consumer-facing business with both retail and experience-driven offerings. This role owns brand positioning, digital presence, and campaign execution to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and repeat visitation.This individual will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, lead content and campaign strategy, and manage a junior marketing resource, while collaborating cross-functionally with operations, product, and customer experience teams.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and seasonal demand cycles
  • Own brand consistency and positioning across all customer touchpoints
  • Identify and implement initiatives to drive traffic, engagement, and revenue growth
Digital Marketing & Content
  • Lead multi-channel digital strategy across social platforms, web, and email
  • Oversee development and approval of all marketing content, ensuring alignment with brand and campaign goals
  • Manage website content and user experience (CMS-based environment)
  • Own lifecycle and email marketing strategy, including campaign planning and performance optimization
Team Leadership
  • Manage and mentor a Marketing Coordinator, providing clear direction, prioritization, and feedback
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar to ensure alignment across initiatives
  • Balance strategic planning with hands-on execution as needed
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and customer experience initiatives
  • Support internal stakeholders with marketing materials, campaigns, and communication needs
  • Coordinate content development tied to key business initiatives and promotional periods
Campaigns & Promotions
  • Lead planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
  • Oversee development of digital and physical marketing assets (e.g., signage, collateral, promotional materials)
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with broader business priorities
Performance & Analytics
  • Track and analyze performance across digital channels, campaigns, and customer engagement metrics
  • Use insights to continuously optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI
  • Report on key metrics and provide strategic recommendations to leadership

  • Ability to connect marketing initiatives to measurable business outcomes
  • Experience operating in a fast-paced, multi-channel environment
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • High level of organization and attention to detail
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
  • Proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, CMS, design tools)
  • Solid understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices
