- Assist in the updating, writing and review of written commentary on Canada's federal and provincial income tax laws for various publications
- Write and review articles on legislative, case law and CRA administrative tax developments for various EY publications, including TaxMatters@EY and EY's daily tax news
- Assist with the writing and review of EY tax alerts on significant emerging tax issues
- Monitor and track legislative developments in Canada's federal and provincial income tax laws
- Develop and maintain a variety of tax reference tools and tax technical content
- Participate as a presenter on select tax technical webcasts
- Coach and mentor junior tax knowledge professionals

- Commitment to continuous learning in tax technology and staying current on legislative, case law, and administrative developments
- Ability to plan, manage, and contribute to multiple projects, providing timely, tailored deliverables for diverse audiences
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Canadian income tax advisory services, including expertise in Canada's international tax rules and Quebec provincial income tax rules
- Strong experience reading tax legislation, and writing and reviewing memos, technical articles, or papers
- Solid understanding of the Canadian tax legislative and research processes
- Demonstrated use of and interest in technology, including AI, to enhance learning, knowledge sharing, deliverables, and processes
- Proven ability to coach and mentor junior staff, conduct performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback while leading by example
- Completion of CPA designation or JD (or equivalent),

- The ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic team-oriented environment
- Ability to speak, read, and write in French is an asset but not essential
