Join us and play a key role in making sure teams have the resources they need to perform high‑quality work—effectively, safely, and on time.What you will do:Maintenance PlanningDevelop, review, and update maintenance work packages, including job scope, procedures, safety hazards, and feedback from technicians.Perform field walkdowns to define job requirements, equipment isolation/LOTO plans, required materials, tools, outages, and labor estimates by craft and skill.Screen work orders for accuracy and completeness through initial and final reviews.Collaborate with technicians, PLM, craft supervisors, schedulers, and engineering to support effective planning and execution.Outage SchedulingCoordinate and develop area maintenance outage plans with the Region Outage Coordinator, including review of COPAS requests.Ensure outage readiness by confirming availability of all required resources (parts, manpower, drawings, tools, equipment).Coordinate PLM, contractors, SCM, RMA, utilities, and other stakeholders to support outage, maintenance, and project work.General ResponsibilitiesMonitor and prioritize maintenance backlog based on business needs and team input.Participate in and facilitate pre- and post-job meetings; document lessons learned.Support parts procurement, BOM development, contractor work orders, and equipment replacement/MOC activities.Who You Are:Electrical Journeyman ticket with 6+ years’ experience, or 8+ years of equivalent field operations experience, or a combination of education and experience; valid Class 5 driver’s license.Strong maintenance, planning, scheduling, and reliability expertise, with advanced knowledge of best practices and continuous improvement principles.Broad technical SME capability across electrical equipment, or multi‑discipline/trade certification.Effective problem‑solver with strong organizational, documentation, computer (MS Word/Excel), and communication skills.Proven ability to work independently or collaboratively, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills and leadership by example.Preferred:Experience using computerized maintenance management system (Maximo)Experience using capacity outage planning and safe work approval (COPAS)Ability to read and understand P&ID drawings and OEM manuals.Knowledgeable in oil/gas pipeline operations is desirable.Working Conditions:Occasionally required to work long hours on short notice.Occasional daily travel between assigned stations.Travel throughout the region for emergencies, training, and region meetings (5%).Office setting (75%) Field setting (25%)Benefits:​A flexible benefits program that allows each employee to select the level of coverage needed for their family in the areas of health, dental, insurance and disability.​A paid maternity and parental leave benefit that offers up to 20 weeks of paid leave for birth-giving parents and up to 12 weeks for other eligible parents, providing flexibility and support during this important life event.Valuable retirement savings plans, including a savings plan with company stock as an investment option.​Paid time off/vacation/sick, plus paid personal days off (depending on location), and paid holidays.​An Employee and Family Assistance Program.​A Wellness Program, which focuses on supporting healthier employees by providing tools, resources, and opportunities to improve physical, mental, social, and financial well-being.​Enbridge’s FlexWork (hybrid work model) offers eligible employees (Manager and below) the option for a compressed workweek schedule.
