- Lead and orchestrate the full proposal effort, aligning commercial, technical, and creative contributors around a unified win strategy.
- Drive all major milestones, including kickoffs, solutioning sessions, and color team reviews (Pink, Red, Gold), ensuring engagement, alignment, and accountability.
- Develop and maintain detailed schedules, track milestones, communicate expectations, and proactively resolve obstacles to keep the proposal effort on track.
- Define winning strategies, facilitating workshops to shape win themes, value propositions, and competitive differentiators tailored to North American customers.
- Strengthen proposal narratives, crafting clear, persuasive content and integrating targeted win themes that speak directly to customer priorities.
- Adapt quickly and stay solutions-oriented, even under compressed timelines, shifting requirements, or evolving inputs.
- Strategic & Collaborative: You motivate diverse teams and build alignment around shared goals.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field.
- Experience leading large, complex proposals-preferably in transportation, infrastructure, or engineering.
- Strong project management skills: scheduling, prioritization, and resource coordination.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an excellent command of English.
- Excellent communication skills-written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and Teams.
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of proposal development processes.
- Experience developing proposals for North American customers.
- Knowledge of North American proposal standards and best practices.
- Experience in business development within consulting, engineering, or transportation sectors.
- Journalism and/or technical writing experience.
- Bilingual: French and English.
- Additional languages are an asset when collaborating with international partners, suppliers, and colleagues.
