- Collaborate with the marketing team and internal stakeholders/subject matter experts to develop professional, engaging content aligned with the company’s brand and positioning.
- Create, write, and edit content across a wide range of platforms and formats, including website pages, blogs, social media, digital campaigns, email, print collateral, and sales enablement tools.
- Develop content that supports and reflects our industrial automation portfolio (nuclear, CPG, automotive, industrial sectors) including manufacturing, engineering, and automation solutions.
- Contribute to the evolution and execution of the content strategy to increase brand awareness, drive top-of-funnel engagement, and support growth targets.
- Support internal teams by creating marketing collateral, case studies, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Work closely with the digital marketing team to evaluate and implement SEO and keyword strategies within content development.
- Plan and execute social media content and channel presence to expand reach, improve engagement, and target key B2B audiences.
- Work with third party agencies, various media outlets, and industry organizations to support strategic outreach to grow the brand
- Measure, analyze, and report on content performance using defined KPIs; optimize content through insights, testing, and continuous improvement.
- Perform A/B testing and apply learnings to better align content with customer intent.
- Support and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives and integrated digital campaigns.
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, writing, journalism, or marketing-related roles (B2B experience preferred).
- Proven ability to create and optimize content using SEO and keyword best practice using industry leading tools such as SEM.
- Experience creating content for technical or complex products and services.
- Previous experience in industrial automation, manufacturing, engineering, or a related technical field is a strong asset.
- Experience working in a B2B marketing environment is highly desirable.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, social media management platforms, marketing automation systems (Pardot/SalesForce), and project management tools.
- Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- A creative thinker with an eye for design and content presentation.
- Strong understanding of current social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Self-starter mindset—comfortable taking ownership of projects and proactively contributing ideas and improvements.
- Confident communicator who can engage and collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders and subject matter experts.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and procedures.
- Work in conformance with divisional health, safety and environmental procedures and compliance to legislative requirements.
- Refrain from removing or altering safety devices or guarding unless hazardous energies are controlled through lockout-tagout methods.
- Report any unsafe conditions or unsafe acts.
- Report defect in any equipment or protective device.
- Ensure that the required protective equipment is used for the assigned tasks.
- Attend all required health, safety and environmental training.
- Report any accidents/incidents to supervisor.
- Assist in investigating accidents/incidents.
