
Vice President, Finance

- Lead a team of 3 direct and 10 indirect reports producing financials.
- Ensure accounting policies align with GAAP (IFRS, ASPE, Disclosed basis ASPE) .
- Oversee budgets, internal controls, and financial systems for select clients.
- Manage annual audits and review financial statements.
- Handle quarterly reporting, including covenant compliance.
- Oversee corporate, withholding, and indirect tax filings and remittances.
- Manage cash flow and distributions; maintain credit agreement compliance.
- Foster relationships across internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Support talent development, process improvements, and strategic initiatives.
- Designated CPA/CA with a strong technical accounting foundation.
- 10+ years of progressive experience, preferably from a Big 4 Firm
- 5+ years in a leadership role managing teams and working with senior executives
- Commercial real estate industry background considered an asset.
