- Strong financial acumen (P&L, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliation).
- Excellent problem solving and communication skills for engaging finance stakeholders and senior management.
- Design, build, and maintain multidimensional cubes, dimensions, hierarchies, and attributes within PAW.
- Develop complex calculation logic (Rules) and optimize performance through efficient Feeders.
- Create and maintain TurboIntegrator (TI) processes for importing and transforming data from relational databases, flat files, and ERP systems.
- Develop reports, dashboards, and templates using Planning Analytics for Excel (PAfE) and PAW.
- Manage application security, user access, and chore scheduling (automated processes).
- Work with Finance and FP&A teams to gather requirements, translate business processes into technical models, and troubleshoot issues.
- Troubleshoot and enhance the performance of existing models to ensure fast reporting and data loading.
- Experience with Planning Analytics on Cloud, including upgrades and migrations.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python (TM1py) or REST API.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., SSIS, Azure Data Factory).
- Certified Developer – Cognos TM1 certification.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, CS, or IS.
