- Support fleet management in the following:
- Fleet Compliance (driver logs, hours of service, IFTA & IRP reporting, US DOT compliance, etc.)
- Fleet audits
- Fuel Management
- GeoTab (hardware & maintenance management)
- D365 (issuing fleet PO’s & adding & moving units)
- Oversee and administer all company landlines, mobility and Fleet phones
- All other related duties as required
- Completion of a diploma or degree from a post-secondary institution or equivalent in experience.
- High attention to detail and superior organization skills
- Willing to learn new programs and processes, and adapt quickly
- Ability to appropriately multitask and prioritize required duties
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients
- 2-3 years experience in the administrative field; fleet related experience would be considered an asset
- Bilingual (English/French) would be considered an asset
