As a WSIB-certified provider, TELUS Health delivers tailored health and safety solutions specifically designed for small and medium businesses.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Account Executive (SMB) to drive growth in our Health and Safety Excellence Program. This role requires a results-oriented professional who thrives in a high-volume sales environment, working exclusively with qualified leads from our strategic partners including CFIB (Canadian Federation of Independent Business).Key Responsibilities
- Lead Management: Convert qualified leads from partner organizations into signed contracts
- Client Consultation: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to explain program benefits
- Sales Process: Manage complete sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution and onboarding
- Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with small business owners and decision-makers
- Documentation: Utilize Salesforce CRM to track all sales activities, pipeline management, and reporting
- Contract Management: Oversee MSA (Master Service Agreement) execution using DocuSign and other digital tools
- Performance Tracking: Meet monthly quotas
- Collaboration: Work closely with operations team for seamless client transitions and renewals
- Experience: 3+ years in B2B sales, preferably in high-volume environments
- Technology Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft 365 suite, Salesforce CRM, and DocuSign
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and video consultations
- Results-Driven: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
- Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving product environment
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of small business operations and regulatory compliance (asset)
- Experience in health and safety, insurance, or regulatory compliance sectors
- Knowledge of WSIB programs and Ontario workplace safety regulations
- Background in partner channel sales or lead-based selling models
- Familiarity with SMB market challenges and decision-making processes
