Our Edson division is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator Summer Student. This is a 4-month term reporting to the Divisional Controller. Your day-to-day responsibilities are balanced with working in the Purchasing department and backup for other team departments as needed.You'll Do:
Data entry, audits, and reviewing material for the team
Preparing reports and assisting with various audits
Tracking and processing various payments
Backup admin as needed. This will include working with Oracle and Ultipro
Assisting in accounting as opportunities exist
Arranging couriers and managing mail
Assisting with other duties and projects as required
You have:
Post-secondary education or working towards a diploma would be an asset
Proficient with Microsoft Suite of Programs
Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
Quick learner and flexible to pick up different duties as needed
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
