  • Plan, prepare, and direct the preparation of meals in the kitchen.
  • Perform related administrative duties and supervises designated staff.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Graduation from a recognized 12 month program in cooking plus two years recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Successful completion of Food Safe I & II.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to deal with others effectively
  • Physical ability to carry out the duties of the position
  • Ability to Supervise
  • Ability to organize work
  • Ability to operate related equipment.
