- Support the design, delivery, administration and governance of compensation programs, plans and policies
- Conduct and interpret complex data analytics to deliver actionable and relevant insights that support informed compensation recommendations and solutions
- Conduct quarterly reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of sales compensation programs
- Conduct external market reviews to evaluate compensation competitiveness and provide recommendations to address critical gaps
- Administer various cyclical compensation programs (e.g. salary range, annual bonus and merit review), including defining business requirements and/or testing program enhancements for compensation systems
- Prepare presentations, summaries, reports, process documentation and education materials
- Support HR Business Partners and their client groups on compensation related matters as well as education on compensation programs and guidelines
- Support the job evaluation process and tools, including conducting job evaluations and contributing to process improvements
- Work with the team to evaluate the effectiveness of compensation programs and processes and continually identify and implement improvements
- University degree in Business, Human Resources, and related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, ideally with a focus in Sales Compensation
- Certified Compensation Practitioner (CCP) and/ or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation an asset
- Specialized knowledge of and experience in compensation principles, programs, processes and best practices
- Proven ability to compile, analyze, interpret large amounts of information/data and effectively leverage data to support informed decision making
- Proficiency with MS Office, and advanced knowledge of Excel
- High level of accuracy and detail-orientation
- Excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience using Oracle HCM and SuccessFactors preferred
- The ability to work independently, manage multiple deliverables/deadlines, be flexible and adaptable, and work in a complex, changing work environment
