As part of our team, you will help ensure reliable production planning and contribute to building efficient, responsive production processes that support business objectives.What You Will Be Doing
- Support development and maintenance of production schedules to meet customer demand while optimizing capacity and resource use.
- Assist with updating production orders and schedules in company planning systems and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor production progress, flag deviations, and work with production and operations teams to address issues.
- Help coordinate material supply and inventory checks to support scheduled work.
- Participate in planning meetings and communicate schedule changes or updates to relevant teams.
- Track basic performance indicators such as schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement efforts within the production planning function.
- Demonstrate and reinforce company values and teamwork in all planning interactions.
Education:
- Diploma or degree in operations, supply chain, business, engineering, or related field preferred.
- Recent graduates with relevant co-op or internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- Up to three years of experience in planning, production coordination, manufacturing support, or related experience.
- Exposure to integrated planning systems and an eagerness to develop system expertise.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and structured written and verbal communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn planning processes.
- Basic analytical skills to support data-driven planning activities.
