Find Value Here.About the Franchise Academy Development ProgramThe NOFRILLS Franchise Academy is a full-time, immersive experience that combines operational training, leadership development, and strategic project work. Through this program, you will:

Gain hands-on experience in high-performing NOFRILLS locations nationally
Receive mentorship from experienced Franchise Owners
Lead operational projects and contribute to banner-wide initiatives
Develop a deep understanding of the NOFRILLS business model
Build meaningful connections across our national store network

Who We’re Looking For:We are seeking dynamic individuals from diverse backgrounds who have a passion for retail, food, and community service. You’ll thrive in this role if you have the following:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of progressive leadership experience in the grocery and/or retail sector
A strong understanding of store operations, merchandising, and financial performance (P&L, budgeting, shrink, labour management)
Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams in unionized or non-union environments
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial drive
Commitment to community engagement and values-driven leadership
Flexibility to travel across Canada during the program
Willingness to relocate (provincially or nationally) for franchise opportunities upon training completion

Program Requirements:

Ability to participate in a national, full-time program
Flexibility to support special projects and travel as needed
Readiness to relocate for franchise opportunities
Successful completion of a background check is required
Personal investment of $50,000 readily available
