- Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn)
- Capture and produce high-quality photo and video content that highlights events, services and culture
- Write compelling captions and short-form copy aligned with brand voice and messaging
- Collaborate with staff to identify and document meaningful moments and stories
- Support experience marketing campaigns, including event coverage and day-in-the-life features
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and content calendar
- Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages as appropriate, and track performance metrics
- Stay current on social media trends and recommend new content ideas
- 3+ years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in education, non-profit, healthcare, or brand storytelling
- Strong skills in photography, videography, and editing (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, or similar tools)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with an eye for tone and detail
- Ability to capture authentic, candid moments in a dynamic environment
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities
- Understanding of current social media trends, especially short-form video
