Rate: 62 CAD to 69 CAD per hourRole SummaryWe are hiring for this position where the selected candidate will lead complex technical programs across product, engineering, and architecture teams. This role focuses on driving execution, ensuring program visibility, and enabling data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end program delivery, including scope, timelines, milestones, risk management, dependencies, and execution tracking
- Work with product, engineering, and architecture teams to deliver complex technical initiatives
- Simplify complex technical concepts and support data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams
- Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, manage escalations, and balance business needs with technical constraints
- Prepare clear, executive-level reports communicating progress, risks, outcomes, and recommendations
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align priorities and drive program success without direct authority
- Enable Agile practices and support self-organizing teams to deliver high-impact outcomes
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management
- Strong experience managing complex, end-to-end technical programs
- Hands-on experience working in Agile environments with product, engineering, and architecture teams
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Ability to support decision-making through reporting, insights, and data
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Experience working in customer success or professional services environments
- Exposure to global programs involving EMEA and India regions
- Familiarity with CAD or engineering-related domains
- Experience working in fast-paced, high-visibility enterprise environments
- PMP or equivalent program management certification (preferred)
- Agile certifications, such as Scrum Master (preferred)
