- Lead multidisciplinary teams on residential, commercial, industrial and institutional land development projects - greenfield, infill and beyond
- Serve as the primary client contact for design items, building and maintaining strong relationships
- Oversee project delivery, budgets, and timelines
- Guide the close-knit and collaborative design team through the approvals process with municipalities and agencies, leveraging our long-standing relationships
- Support business development, proposals, and strategic growth
- Mentor and develop junior engineers and designers

- Home offices available in the GTA, Thornhill, Whitby, Kitchener, Hamilton, and London, Ontario with hybrid work flexibility.
- 8+ years in land development engineering
- P.Eng. designation in Ontario
- Proven experience managing clients and multidisciplinary teams
- Deep understanding of Ontario's land development approvals process
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Project management skills are an asset
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D
- Valid Ontario driver's license preferred
